No page here is an official record. Court dates and files must be checked with the Kentucky Court of Justice or Floyd clerk. The sheriff confirms its own warrant and report information, Kentucky State Police maintains the state repository and Kentucky Sex Offender Registry, and custody status belongs with the proper jail or corrections system. Certified copies come only from the issuing office.
